Girl Scout Cookie Program Forms

General Information:

The Cookie Activity Pin is an official GSUSA award for Brownie-Senior Girl Scouts and is worn on the badge sash/vest front. Be sure to share Cookie Program information with girls and help them plan activities including Try-Its, Badges, Interest Projects, service projects, new skills, new ideas . . .  How will your troop incorporate Cookie Program activities into the annual calendar? Ready, Set, Go!

GSUSA COOKIE ACTIVITY GUIDE - contains ideas, information and program links related to Cookie Program and the Activity Pin requirements plus information to families about the Cookie Program. Individually registered girls (Juliettes) may wish to earn this award - request a copy from the Council Service Center or view/print here.

Forms needed by Troops, Girls and Parents for the Cookie Progam are distributed to troops at S.M. Cookie Trainings in Nov. & Dec. Troops distribute info/forms and have permission slips signed at troop's Cookie Kickoff/Party/Parent meeting - plan a fun, informative activity session for girls & parents and distribute appropriate materials so everyone will be ready to go in January!
